Cherry Challenge Official Rules

The Cherry Challenge begins October 5, 2009. Deadline is November 2, 2009.

1. Eligibility

Contest is open to all Belgian citizens who, at the time of registration, are 18 years of age or older.

2. How to participate

Go to www.becherry.be/en/challenge.
Fill out the form with your name, email and website url (optional) and accept the rules of this very contest.
An email confirmation will be sent to you validating your entry et giving you your own cherry url.
Share your cherry url. You can put it on your blog/website/email and/or link it to a picture.
Every time a surfer clicks on your cherry URL, you get 1 point (one per IP address). If your visitor browses the cherry site (www.becherry.be) and then subscribes to cherry, you get 10 extra points.
On November 2, 2009, the two challengers having collected the most points based on bailiff's report will win. A third winner will be chosen at random.
Any unusual activities with regard to IP address will come under intense scrutiny. The Cherry Committee will disqualify any challenger caught cheating without notice.

3. Rules are binding

Participation in the cherry challenge constitutes challenger's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules. The Cherry Committee reserves the right to disqualify any Challenger that the Cherry Committee determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.

4. Odds

Odds of winning the "random prize" will depend on the number of contestants.

5. Prizes

First prize
A brand-new Nokia E75 with a 3 years subscription to the "42€ NoLimit WiFi" cherry package.

Second prize
A Nokia E66 and one year of free subscription to the "42€ NoLimit WiFi" cherry package.

Random prize
A Nokia E66 and one year of free subscription to the "42€ NoLimit WiFi" cherry package.

6. Decisions are final

All decisions of the Cherry Committee are final and binding. The Cherry Committee shall not be responsible or liable for its failure to contact potential winners. A potential winner, who fails to notify the Cherry Committee with any complaint or problem within three (3) days after the contest, forfeits their right to do so.
